Our Team.

The University of Auckland Law School Mooting Society is a team of driven and talented law students who are passionate about developing their advocacy skills. The society provides a platform for students to participate in simulated court proceedings, known as moots, which involve arguing a fictional legal case before a panel of judges. Members of the society develop their legal research, writing, and public speaking skills through rigorous training and coaching from experienced lawyers and academics.

With a strong track record of success in national and international moot competitions, the University of Auckland Law School Mooting Society is renowned for producing some of the most skilled and accomplished young advocates in New Zealand.
